Commissioned by Hulu as part of their Huluween series, the short film, starring Rachel Sennott, premiered on the platform before becoming the first Huluween short ever accepted into Sundance. It was later adapted into a full-length feature, which earned critical praise from RogerEbert.com as one of the top horror films of the year.
